Holly & Heather’s Helpful Hint: Enjoy Summer!
This time of year lends itself to leisure activities, outdoor exploration and changes from the regular year-round routine. Whether you have a lot of time on your hands this summer or are busily trying to squeeze in those sought-after activities, here are some of the special things we like to enjoy this season:
1. Barbecues! Just about anything can be grilled from salads to desserts. We love grilling chicken – make extra to cut up during the week to use in sandwiches, salads or snacks.
2. The Beach! We live close enough to enjoy a trip to the beach just about any day of the week. Pack a lunch or dinner and a good book.
3. Biking, hiking or a simple walk! Get outside every day! Enjoy the fresh air and warm sunshine. The benefits are endless.
4. Vacations or staycations! Fun to plan, do and remember when you are done!
5. Visiting! We love to spend time with friends and family members that we don’t get to see often throughout the year.
